Julien has place for up to 18 guests, which may be rented under a single booking. The Nid d’Edmond is a studio apartment for two. Le Monde d’Anna is a two-room apartment with 3 beds per room and can be reached after ascending a beautiful stone staircase. La Maison de Caroline comprises of four rooms and two bathrooms to accommodate a total of 10 people at a time. There is a big living room where residents can gather around the stone chimney place for a chat or some games. All apartments are well-lit and have an equipped kitchen and baby accessories.
Julien has renovated all apartments to optimize comfort for guests but simultaneously tribute traditional architecture, designing it from local stones and flag.
The holiday apartment was renovated from on old farmhouse in 2009. Regional material such as oakwood and Tommette flagstone were used in its redesigning. All guests receive a basket full of organic cleaning products.
Julien has started growing his wine grapes using biological and biodynamic means since 1997, making him one of Burgundy’s first organic wine growers. Presently, 100 hectares of his vineyard is managed using at least one of these methods. He uses the lunar calender to organize his farming schedule. The vine stocks are treated with plants to boost their resistivity.
