Pascale and Patrick have opened their vast 173-acre domain for you to stay in one of their charming bed and breakfast rooms giving out on the countryside. Your host and chef, Patrick, welcomes you into his restaurant to let you discover his local cuisine centred on outstanding delicacies such as the truffle. All his produce comes from biodynamic farming and is certified with the high-standard Demeter label.
The owners have cultivated ecologically for 28 years, so it is only natural that their garden should have obtained the demanding Demeter label. All the fruit and vegetable presented at meals are from the 2.5-acre vegetable garden, and are harvested one hour before service to provide dishes with unparalleled freshness and quality. The domain produces its own sunflower oil, and bread is also homemade. Finally, Patrick works at maintaining the 30 acres of land yielding precious truffles, which he then cooks in many inventive and scrumptious ways.
Mastering energy consumption is also an important part of life at the domain since wood collected from the 50 acres of the property forest covers 80 percent of needs in hot water and heating. The Canadian well provides natural air conditioning. To cool down, the domain has its own natural bathing spot with water collected from a spring 200 meters deep.
