Meet Frédérique

Frédérique and Nadia welcome you to their ecological guest rooms, on their semi-wild domain in the Aveyron. You will be welcomed like friends! There is no WiFi or television here. Their estate is free of electomagnetic waves: Come and recharge your batteries by replugging into nature instead.

Depending on the season, they offer their guests to join them in collecting game plants, fruits or mushrooms and preparing them in small workshops of the natural vegetable kitchen.
